Senior Account Director / VP at Scratch Marketing + Media

This person will be responsible for orchestrating complex and nuanced storytelling campaigns for B2B technology clients in the AI/ML, cybersecurity, infrastructure, healthcare IT, cloud computing, data center and other deep tech domains.

We’re looking for someone with diverse agency experience (8+ years); a proven track record of telling impactful stories across business, tech, trade, vertical and local media; an ability to translate measurable outcomes to business impact, and a voracious appetite for growing and evolving with the industry during its transformative stage.

The ideal candidate will help us lead the conversation on how PR is changing search and discoverability with AI, and will thrive in a fast-paced startup-like environment with frequent context switching.

The Senior Account Director / VP will:

• Independently manage 5-8 PR or integrated accounts
• Hands-on assist the PR Practice Lead with the PR Practice management (i.e., team building, learning & development, professional growth, mentorship, tools evaluation, etc.)
• Support new business initiatives and pipeline
• Participate in strategic agency initiatives and new offerings
