• We know small and large business. We have helped build multiple successful companies from scratch; we have worked at leading brands and companies like American Express, Shell Oil, Dell, Digitas, Sermo, and CSC Consulting.
• We know marketing.  We have real-world client- and agency-side marketing experience and a wide-angle lens on the world of business.  We are not “typical” consultants – we have done it, and we know what it takes to build and grow a business.

Scratch Marketing + Media got started by Lora Kratchounova in early 2009.  Lora has delivered measurable results for online and offline brands such as OurStage.com, Currensee.com, FashionPlaytes.com, American Express, VacationCoach.com, Fairmont Hotels and Resorts, and Wendy’s. She has developed winning strategies for global companies such as Armstrong Worldwide, Staples, and Shell Oil.  Lora is plugged into the technology startup community in Boston and is vice chair of the MIT Enterprise Forum of Cambridge Board.
